INFO:
This is a questionaire known as the "Keirsey Temperament Sorter" or "Myers-Briggs Type Indicator" personality test (not really a test per se as there are no correct or incorrect answers).
If you care to take it, please do so and then send me a private note and your answers to the 70 questions below. List each answer with a number (01. through 70. -AND- either a letter "A" or "B" as your answer).
>>>> BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ANSWERS AND COMPLETE ALL 70 QUESTIONS <<<<
I have an official template / analyzation chart which assesses the various personality types based upon how an individual answers the questions.
In my opinion, it is a very accurate personality test (and I have taken it approximately five times over the last 13 or 14 years ... the final results have been consistent or very close to each other at the conclusion of each test).
For what it is worth, I have been classified as the "INFJ" Personality Type (i.e. "Counselor / Idealist") three out of the five times that I've taken the test. Apparently, the INFJ has been deemed as the rarest of all sixteen classifications and even more rare to be found in males ... less than 1% of males are classified as INFJ's.

INSTRUCTIONS:
It is important that you answer all the questions from the perspective of what feels real for you and not try to give answers that you think would sound like how you should behave in any particular situation. The objective is to understand yourself as you really are – not the way, for example, you must react in your job, or others expect you to behave. Effectiveness as an individual or leader is not based on any particular personality style. It is really about how well you know yourself and others.
There are two choices for each question. If both seem to apply, choose the one that feels most comfortable to you. There are no right or wrong answers – about half the population agrees with whatever choice you make.

NOTE:
Text found within the parentheses marks ( ) are supplemental definitions of the word found immediately before / preceding the parentheses marks ( ).
These additional text words / definitions were not part of the original test questionaire, but I felt that not all individuals who were answering these 16 supplemental questions would fully understand / grasp what each original word meant.
Hence the more user friendly "layman's terms / layman's definitions" that I added to clarify what an otherwise uncommon word / definition may be for someone not familiar with its use or meaning.
In no way whatsoever do my added terms / definitions take away from the validity of the test. They only serve to enhance it and bring clarity where the potential for misunderstanding may occur.
